Cross Breeds from Knapp Creek in their new homes...

Hi Joe and Family!
My name is Duncan, you may remember me, I am a  4 month old yorkie-maltese puppy. I am a VERY energetic, friendly, and fun loving puppy. I am always ready to play, and my mommy and daddy buy me a lot of toys and bones to keep me entertained. I already know that going potty is done outside and that my crate is my own personal space to rest and nap, which is my favorite thing to do after a long day of nipping, playing, and chasing everyone. Thank you so much for finding me such a wonderful family. I know I can be quite a handful sometimes but I'm sure my mommy and daddy are loving every minute of it!
Puppy Love,  Duncan

Hi Joe and family!

We wanted to share some photos of Ebby's brother, Dante with you!  He is 5 1/2 months old and a little pistol...but we LOVE him!!!  He is very smart and sweet as can be.  We found out that we are expecting our first child on August 26th, 2007 and Dante is very attached to Andrea.  He has been back to visit Iowa once already and will be back again over Easter.  He's very spoiled!  But, is doing well in obedience classes and potty training.  Thanks again so much for this amazing addition to our family.  We love our little fur baby!

Everyone at Knapp Creek,
We just wanted to send you some pictures of the dogs that we purchased from you.  We enjoy them very much.  Tinker our Yorkie is 3 years old and our Yorktese Taffie and Charlie, will be 1 year in May.

Thank you

Everyone at Knapp Creek:

Our new Yorktese has been an absolutely wonderful addition to our lives.  Everything about her training and adaptation to our home (so far) has been easier than expected!
Even crate training has gone surprisingly well--She's a VERY good dog.  Thank you so much. The three other dog buyers we encountered at your farm were from NW Iowa, Rochester, MN, and Des Moines and all were second time buyers---I think it finally hit us Saturday that your reputation is pretty darn good!

Dear Connie and Joe,

We love our dog Ava, she is a great addition to our family.  She is a 6 month old Yorktese. Her parents are Abner and Leslie. Ava was about 2.5 lbs when we got her and now she is about 4.5 lbs.  She is very smart and loves to do tricks for treats. Ava loves her cow and as of two weeks ago she found out she loves the snow. We just wanted to thank you so much for giving Ava such a wonderful start.
Hi Joe and Connie,

Here are a couple pictures of Baxter and Bailey for you to put on your "paws for pictures" if you wish.  They are both about a year old now and doing well.  Baxter is between 6 and 7 pounds and bailey is just over 8 pounds.  Baxter is the Yorkie from Pepito and Shanda, and Bailey is the Yorktese from Victor and Greta.  Everyone always asks what kind of dog Bailey is and where you can get one.   We always send them to you guys.  Thanks for breeding such great dogs.

Hi again-

I already sent you a photo of Murphy for your Paws for Pictures site but I couldn't resist sending you this photo to you also. Murphy is almost 10 months now and we just love him!!! The kids are just crazy for him! They hardly need any toys anymore! I don't know if you want to take the time to replace the photo I sent before or just add this one but I just wanted to "Thank You" again for such a sweet pet/companion.
We have attached a picture of Lola.  She was born 7-25-05.  This picture was taken on April 13th.  You have our permission to use her picture on your web site.  The dish was from our Akita.  Lola and her "sister" Bailey, our Jack Russell, use it too cool off in.  She is a wonderful, lovable dog and great company for our Jack Russell.
Just wanted to drop you a line and update you about Cloe. She is 6 pounds now. She turned 1 year old in April and we have had her for a full year now. She has been such a joy to our lives. We just think that she is the cutest little puppy ever in the entire world. But we're not prejudice at all! :)  She has turned out to be a great combination of the 2 breeds. She has a lot of Yorkie in her but is nicely accented with the Maltese as well. It's especially noticeable in her hair. She has the colorings of a Yorkie but the black is "salted" a bit with the white Maltese. She loves her baby carrots as her treat for pottying outside and for other rewards. I will send another photo of her later when she is full grown. Take care.
Hello-

This is Murphy. My little Yorkie-Poo. He is almost 7 months old and also about 7 pounds. As you can see from the photos he thinks he is a real baby. He is so much fun to have around and is really good with the kids. We have been going to a puppy class and he loves to go and play. He is a quick learner but also bit stubborn. Thanks for everything and feel free to post his photos on your website so everyone can see how cute he is. Thanks.

Dear Joe and Connie:

We wanted to share pictures of our darling little Chloe!  We absolutely love her.  She is a delight—and makes an excellent companion for our 2 year old Bichon Frise, Grace!

Thanks again for giving her such a great start!

Hello. Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know things are going well. Cloe has adjusted well and now is up to 2.8 pounds! She is so dramatic when she gets her shots at the vet. She has it figured out what that place is now. Not to thrilled with going there. She had her first grooming the other day and they put a little pink bow in her hair on the top of her head. She looked so cute! They just loved her! Who couldn't? She now has a new little brother. Gunner....a chocolate lab puppy. ....We were concerned about Cloe's size and the fact that she might not be able to defend herself as easily with her size being so small. She suggested that we get one as soon as possible and let them grow up together so it is "all that they know". That we would be surprised at how Cloe could "hold her own"..... They have become great buddies. Gunner will lay on his back and let Cloe on top while they play. She is so much faster than him. It is funny to watch her do laps around him and he tries to leap at her with his long clumsy legs. He can catch up to her occasionally. He can be a bit rough for her at times but I don't think he is aware of it. He definitely is not doing it on purpose. We still monitor the play to teach them their limits. She is such a friendly puppy. She just loves people! She gets soooo excited when someone comes to our house. They like her also. Her coloring is staying pretty much the same dark color. She hasn't really lightened up at all. Her hair seems to have a part down her back and lays down nicely. She is just so cute and sweet! If you have any other questions about her personality or looks, since this is your first litter of this breed, please feel free to email me any time. We are very happy with her and are all very attached to her. Thanks again.
Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our little yorkie-poo Zoey.  She has been so much fun.  She gave us a little scare with a bad reaction to the vaccines but is doing great now.  She is a little over 5 months old and is up to 4.5 lbs.  She is spoiled rotten, and we love to take her everywhere.  Thank you so much she is the best dog ever!  You had mentioned that your daughter carried her around all the time and you almost kept her, please let her know that we do too!
Joe and Connie,
Now that Leo (yorkie-poo) is 9 months old we thought we'd send off some pictures for you.  He is 15 pounds!!!
He was born April 13th and his parents are Comet and Bedelia.
Hi Joe and family,
Just wanted to send you some pictures of our yorkie-poo's, Cosmo and Nellie. Cosmo is almost 7 months old and weighs nearly 10 pounds. Nellie is 5 months and weighs 6 pounds. They are both a lot of fun.
