Yorkshire Terriers from Knapp Creek in their new homes...(archives)
Joe,

Attached are some pictures of the puppy you shipped to the Ontario, CA airport for me on Nov. 26. My fiance (Mercy) LOVES him. This little guy is personality plus! When she gets home from work he starts following around and waves his right paw at her as if to say, "HEY! PAY ATTENTION TO ME!" When he wants to be picked up, he'll stand on his back legs and wave his paws in the air. He HATES having things changed, especially if you move his bed away from the TV. On Christmas day Mercy took his favorite throw rug outside to clean it, and Kempee promptly turned around and ran off with one of her slippers! Even with 3 boys in the house, Kempee manages to keep everybody entertained (AND busy)!

Thanks for a great puppy! If you'd like to use any of these pictures on your web site, that's perfectly okay.  Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year

Hi Joe & Connie,
Sorry, the Christmas pic. is the best I could do w/a 17 mo. old grandson, who won't sit still and little Ms. Demi being so nosey.  Our Schnauzer, Bailey, was the poser.  Gave her a badly needed haircut, yesterday.  I took about 5 shots.  If Jamie gets a better pic. from her digital, I will forward it.

You have my permission to use both pics. on your website, as well as my daughter's.  No problem.

Hope u and your family have a blessed New Year.

Happy New Year, Joe & Connie!

Here is a pic. of Demi that I took on 1-5-08 - her official name is Connie's Precious Demi.  I have
received all my paperwork from APRI & United All Breed, so I'm good to go.

Joe & Connie,

Just looked at the web site and see that you have several puppies available from litters in October. Just wondering when you may be expecting your next litter. We are considering a playmate for Izabella (parents Robin & Lee). We picked her out in January 07 and we couldn't be happier. It's been quite a year with her in our lives and we are looking at expanding the family again. We think we'll want a male, however we're just not sure. Bella is doing great and is now at 4.5 pounds. I've attached a photo of her on vacation with us this last summer in Wisconsin. She loves camping and riding on the bicycle.
HI, I PURCHASED A PUPPY EARLY THIS YEAR FOR MY LITTLE GIRL[ELIZA] HE IS PERFECT, WE NAMED HIM SCRAPPY, THE PAPERWORK SAYS YOU WERE THE BREEDER, HE WAS BORN ON 12/26/06 # 087-310-594. WELL, HIS BIRTHDAY IS IN 3 DAYS, AND WE WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT HE WILL BECOME A FATHER IN ABOUT A MONTH, WE HAVE A GIRL YORKIE ABOUT 8 MONTHS OLDER THAN HIM, SHE HAD A PLAYMATE, BUT HE DIED WHEN A SNOWPLOW HIT HIM AT LAST YEARS LAST SNOWFALL.  WE ARE PROUD OF LITTLE SCRAPPY, HE ALWAYS WANTS TO PLAY OUTSIDE, HE CHASES ALL THE SQUIRRELS AND ANIMALS OUT OF THE YARD, HE ACTUALLY TRAINED MUCH EASIER THAN OUR GIRL [KRYSTAL] DOG. WHEN YOU HEAR THE SAYING, WERE YOU BORN ON THE FARM? THAT'S SCRAPPY TO A 'T'.  HE JUST LOVES TO PLAY, HE EVEN DOES TRICKS THAT WE NEVER TAUGHT HIM, DON'T MEAN TO GUSH.....BUT THANX
Hello, Joe and Connie
I thought I would send some pictures of Jada.  She has become a member of the family.  She really is a little person. We love her so much, and am grateful for a wonderful and loving dog. She is so beautiful and smart.  Thanks

Hello Connie, Joe and Family!

Here are a couple Christmas pictures of little Molly!  I saw that someone posted that they wished people would put their dogs parents, so I am going to do that!!
Molly's Mom- Kaylyn
Molly's Dad- Benji
D.O.B- 3/1/07

Merry Christmas!!
Joe and Connie,

This is a picture of our pup, Maisy Mae.  We got her from you in April 07. She is now 10 months old.  Her parents are Daisy and Houston. She is 5.9 pounds.  She is a wonderful addition to our family of six.  I don't  know what we did before we had her.  She brings so much joy to all of us.  Thank you so much for the beautiful puppy.  She has such a great personality and she follows me everywhere.  She is great company.  You may use this photo on your website.  Thanks again!

Hello to everyone at Knapp Creek again,
I have updated pictures of Roxy and now Chico! Roxy will be a year old December 5th and Chico is 9 months old. Roxy is my little diva and Chico is my goof ball! He always looks like he is smiling. They are from different litters but get along so great! They are my angels! I wouldn't know what to do without them!

P.S. They love the beach here in California!
Hi Joe and Connie,
My giving you positive feedback was the least that I could do!  I could not have asked for a better online experience.  If you ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to use me.  Cinnamon was and continues to be very healthy and alert.  She's my little body guard, my mood lifter and little miss priss all wrapped up in a 4lbs 9oz red haired package!  I am always looking at your babies forever hopeful that you will one day have another "special" baby.  HINT!  HINT!!!  Cinnamon and I are looking for a little chocolate sister.  So, please keep us in mind.  Here is are a few pictures of her all grown up!  Isn't she just gorgeous?!?!
HI GUYS,

OUR DAUGHTERS GAVE US THIS BEAUTIFUL PUPPY IN LATE SEPTEMBER WHEN WE HAD TO PUT OUR DOG OF 14 YEARS TO SLEEP.  THE GIRLS GREW UP WITH A YORKIE AND KNEW WE WOULD LOVE HIM.  I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH THIS LITTLE GUY MEANS TO US.  WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM TO DEATH.  I HOPE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE COPY OF THE RECORDS YOU REQUESTED.  HE HAS HAD ALL HIS SHOTS AND TESTS AND IS 100% PERFECT.  HIS NAME IS SPARKEY AND WE WANT YOU TO KNOW HE HAS A LOVING HOME AND WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB WITH YOUR BREEDING INTEGRITY.

WE WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON

Good afternoon, Joe & Connie.

We purchased our puppy in June (Father’s Day weekend). We named him Deejay and wanted to give you a picture of him now. He’s 7 months old now.

Here’s how he looked his first month at home (14 weeks old)

Hi Joe,

Thanks for talking to us tonight, we really appreciate all your help. Could you please email us a picture of Kaylyn, we would greatly appreciate it.  I have attached a couple of pictures of our beautiful baby boy Dante that we purchased from you on 12/30/04.
Hello!
I just wanted to write a quick note telling you how much I love my puppies....they have brought a lot of happiness to my family!

I am very happy that I came back for a second puppy....they are such a joy to have!

I have enclosed a picture of them....Wiggles and Willie!  They are about approx. 3.5 pounds each.

If you would like to post them on your web site, please feel free to do so!

Thank you once again!  I love them dearly!
Hello my name is Chulo. I am currently 3.7lbs. My new mommy and Auntie love me very much. I love them and they take very good care of me. I am enrolled in puppy classes and have developed a love for shopping because people in the mall love to pet me and tell me how cute I am. I am a local celebrity and a dance team mascot. My mommy said I could share my information and put my picture on the website. Thank You! Knapp Creek our family is very happy.
Greetings!!
Here is a picture of Kahne, I brought him home in May 06'. He is only 4 pounds!!! We have recently moved to Mooresville, North Carolina.  Kahne misses his friends back home but has made new ones.  Hope all is well.

Joe

Here is a new picture of Wesley and Maggie I thought we'd share with you.  Wesley is a very serious little boy; protective of his "sister and mom", but still enjoys chasing butterflies around the yard.  We walk a mile per day so he can keep his figure of 6 lbs.  Magnolia, like her name, is a delicate flower.  She likes to romp in the yard with our Springer Spaniel, who will stop so she can catch up.  At 3.5 lbs., Maggie isn't up to our mile walks and if we take her, she gets carried half way home.  Both were very easy to house break and have excellent temperaments with the neighborhood kids.  They are spoiled, of course, but do well together all day while we are at work.  Yorkies should always come in pairs!

Thank you for two great kids!
Joe and family,

I want to thank you for breeding such great puppies. I adopted Gizmo last February and he is quite a little ham. He loves car rides and trips to my Grandma's assisted living facility. He brightens everyone's day when we visit. He is always ready to play games and give "kisses."  I have attached a picture of Gizmo and his Great Grandma from last Easter. The second picture he is showing off his new polo this August. His parents were Bernie and Ruby. He will be 1 year old at the end of November and he's 5 pounds now. If I get my way, my boyfriend Kevin and I will be making a trip down soon to get a little brother or sister for Gizmo!
Dear Knapp Creek,
Here are some pictures of the puppy we got from you a few months ago. We named him Mack. He almost weighs 8 lbs. now. He is very playful and snoopy, but he is just so cute. Everyone loves to pet and play with him, and we get lots of compliments on how cute he is. We enjoy him so much and loves his company every day. The only thing is he wants to play with our cat but she doesn't like him that much, otherwise he is the perfect puppy. Thank you so much for the wonderful puppy.

Love, Mack and family

Hello to everyone at Knapp Creek~

I purchased Roxy from you in March 2007. Here she is now weighing in at a whole 3.2 lbs. She has become such an important part of our lives (my husband and I). We take her everywhere we go! We are also awaiting the arrival of our new puppy from you! We just love your Yorkies! Thank you so much!

Hi Joe and Connie,

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I am settling into my new home with my mom, Kay, and Buster the Bichon who has taken on the role of Guardian Angel.  Life is great and we hope all is well for you and family!

 Tucker

Joe and Connie,

I can't thank you enough for the beautiful puppy!  Molly is doing so good in her new home!  She cried a little last night but fell asleep pretty quick.
Here is a picture of her at her new home!

Thank you again!  She is everything I could have ever dreamed of and more!

Happy Memorial Day!!  Here is a festive picture of Molly!! I weighed her this morning and she weighed 2.2 pounds!  She is finally gaining weight!! God Bless!

Hi Joe & Connie,

I wanted to let you know we have had Sadie for a year and a half and she is just as much a part of the family as our other two children!  She is smart, playful, energetic and beautiful! (I know I am bias, but I think Sadie is the most precious one of ALL Yorkie's I've seen) She loves to snuggle and is just a real joy for everyone who is around her.  She prances when she walks with her head held high and loves to do little tricks like say "please" for a cookie (dog treat), sit, and give kisses.  Her parents were Dimitrik & Lilly.

Thank you so much for bringing such joy to our home!

Sherry, Ryan, Raven, Cory
PS - I wish more people would post who the parents were so I could see how much alike Sadie looks to them.

Dear Joe & Family.

Here's an update on Tucker. He is a little cutie. He learned the house rules fast. He was potty trained within the first two or three weeks. WOW. Him and my other dog, Koda, get along GREAT.

He is almost 6 months old & he is only about 3.5 pounds. My whole family adores him! He is so funny. He only barks when you play around with him. But otherwise, he's pretty quite. I wouldn't trade him for the world!

When I took him in for a wellness check up, the Dr. Said he was in wonderful condition & I wouldn't have any problems with him.

He's still a little shaggy, haven't had much time to get him a hair cut, but I think its cute... he will be getting a hair cut soon. I will keep you updated.

Thank you so much for my little bandit, Tucker is such a pleasure!
Hi Joe and Connie:

Here is a picture of Stevie which we took last week. His right ear straightened up a few days ago and stayed there.  He is such a sweet boy and handsome too!  He seemed so relaxed and comfortable right from the first day he arrived here, including seeing my two cats and Australian Cattle Dog (I don't let him run loose around them yet as he's so small.)  I feel so fortunate to have found you and him.  Thanks again for all you did to make his trip here so easy.  You may use his picture and any of my past or present comments for your website.  I hope I can get another puppy from you folks sometime as company for Stevie.

Hi folks:

Here's another picture -- this one shows his ear up!
He's wonderful -- Thanks again.

My daughter purchased a female from you and she is just adorable.  We enjoy her sooo much and I have decided I would like to purchase a Yorkie in the future.  I hope you will still be in business within the next few years.  We now have three dogs, a Doberman, Corgi and Jack Russell.  Since we are at our limit now I will have to wait.  :)  Here is a picture of Leila driving.  This picture was taken when I helped Emilee move out to AZ last year.  Leila is a crack up.  This picture below was taken when we were sightseeing in Old Towne Scottsdale after Leila got her puppie hair cut.
These are pics of the new addition to the family.   As you can see, Gina is dressing the little one up already but he doesn't like it too much.  He literally runs out of the sleeves.  She decided on the name Roo because he jumps like a kangaroo everywhere he goes outside.  The same as Bugsy when she was a pup but that name was already taken. :)  She wanted to name him HEY YOU but I wouldn't let her.  Just kidding.  We love him and he's already attached to Gina because he follows her everywhere.

Joe & Family-  I thought it was high time we drop you a note and a picture of the boys for your website.    Teddy & Henry are 14 months old now and don't they look handsome?  Although Henry has a shorter body than Teddy they both weigh in at 4.5 pounds each.   I cannot begin to tell you the joy and fun they have brought into our home.   We are so delighted that we couldn't make up our mind and ended up getting both of them.  They are the best of buddies and constantly entertain each other as well as everyone else.   They just made their first big road trip (5 hour drive) and hotel stay.  They had a great time and were so well behaved everyone was amazed.   They took everything in stride and when they spied the long hotel hallway they thought they'd found the best pup highway they'd ever seen.   In spite of the typical hotel noises of slamming doors and ice machines they were quiet and relaxed and had a great time on their adventure.   Thank you so much for all of your guidance and advice along the way.  If Herb has his way, we'll be adding another friend for them down the road.
Joe and Connie,

Joe ,if you remember our daughter ( the one in this pic) had lost a Yorkie and it had been 11 years before she wanted to risk a loss like that again...when we were at you place once you went out and brought up a bunch of Yorkie puppies in an apron and put them on the ground for her. About a year later she bought her first Yorkie. I would like to share their names with you if I could because they are unique names that refer back to her first Yorkie that died. Full names are Sadie Hope for the future Heaven Lee Whispers of the Past, this is the one she got from you! Please note that Lilly is my Porkie that I got from you. She is the nicest, smartest most wonderful dog!!! Enjoy the pic and know that they are loved every minute! Thanks for all your help and Connie's with my new Yorkie granddaughter.

Well hello there!  Just wanted to thank you all for breeding such wonderful puppies!  We bought our first puppy from you in July of 2005 and loved him so much that we had to come back for one more just 1 year later!  They are such sweet babies and we enjoy having them in our lives so much!  Here are a few pictures.  Bruiser, 2 years, is on the John Deer getting ready to help grandpa in the yard.  Boxer, 1 year, ALWAYS has his tongue hanging out--and it's a very LOOONG tongue!  Thank you again!
Well Joe and Family, I am six today!  We will be going to the ice cream drive in this evening for my birthday treat.  Life's been great, I am still in charge of the family and running things around here.  Have an occasional squirrel or rabbit run through the yard and give an occasional chase, they scamper right up the nearest tree or run through the fence.  I sleep in most days, my mom retired last year; but she is quiet and let's me sleep.  My folks were Herr Von Tobias and Herrin Erica of Knapp Creek, they would be eleven and near ten by now!  I never had a family of my own, mom wanted me to remain the baby, and she tends to talk to me like one.  She spends a lot of time on the computer and I lay on her feet, she likes that in the winter.  Well Joe I haven't been by for a while, and wanted to let you know some of us older dogs are still around and keeping people in control.  I let them know when I don't approve of their doings, they seem to have become pretty well trained people as far as I can tell; so yes I have a good home and I intend to keep them around! You take care Joe, and keep those pups in line, CoCo
This is PJ (named after his parents Pepito and Jeannie).  He's our Knapp Creek Yorkie.  We have another too but she came from a previous farm.  They are fun and loving dogs but boy do they get into mischief.  They are always busy trying to find rabbits and chipmunks.  They've even tangled with groundhogs.  The word "munk"
causes a 4-bell alarm in our house. We sure love our pint-sized hunters!
Here is a picture of a puppy I had shipped to me in Boston July 1st. He has brought so much into my life. I must say Knapp Creek made the entire process so easy I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for my Max-he has been with me for over 3 weeks now and is already housebroken, knows his name, plays fetch and has made so many friends at the dog park. He is so cute and loved by all. Thanks again for my puppy and I will send anyone who wants a puppy your way!
Hello!
We just wanted to send some updated pictures of Cody.  We picked him up in December of '03 and can't imagine life without him!  He's been holding at 10 lbs, but he certainly doesn't look like he weighs that much.  Thanks again!
Joe and Connie,

Thanks again for such a beautiful and healthy puppy! :)  She has a name now.  She is called "Suzy."  I snapped some pictures of her and her new mommy.
We've had Isabella for a little over a month now. She's healthy and has fit in with our family very good. She loves playing with her brother, Cookie (Schnoodle), but Cookie sometimes gets a little annoyed with all of her energy, but they're becoming best friends. We looked everywhere and had a hard time finding a female yorkie but then we came across your site and found what we were looking for right away. We tell everyone looking for a dog to come here. Thank you so much.
Pic of Mahdi, we bought 3 years ago!!

Hello,
Attached, I have included a photo of our "Little Casey".  We adopted him on this past December 1st after we lost our 9 year old Yorkie, Mikie to cancer.  While we still miss Mikie very much, but I can't imagine not having Casey.  He is such a joy and full of "puppy power" energy.  He gets along with our 6 year old Cocker Spaniel, Alex, very well also.   I have told so many people about you folks and the wonderful puppies that you raise.  And, to date, a co-worker of mine came to visit you back in February and adopted a little boy.  Also, a co-worker of my husbands is coming down this week to adopt a little girl.  Casey weighs just under 7#'s now.  He's very happy and healthy.
Thank you so much for our "Little Casey".

Here is Maxwell at 3.5 pounds; I'll send another pic soon, because it appears his ears are perking up after all.  You have permission to put  this on your site.  He was easy as pie to housetrain, and only had two "accidents" in the 3 weeks we've had him home.  Such a clever boy.  He's taking puppy socialization class and we enjoy the fact he's not a yapper. That's important, because I've had to have him at my office several days while my car was in the shop.  Not a peep. Regards to Tucker and Pearl.

Hi Joe and Connie.  Am attaching some pictures of Penny.  She  is now 5 1/2 months old and weighs 4.9 lbs.  She had her well puppy check last Thursday along with a grooming....... I still am very much interested in showing her in November in the Amana's and possibly at Humboldt.  I have read the rules of APRI and see no problems with them.  We keep all her health records in the folder you gave us when we purchased her and have kept everything up to date.  I will see how she comes through surgery and progresses with obedience training before I register her for the show.  I want her to be able to handle being around other dogs and people before I commit to a show.

Hope you had a blessed Easter and all is going well at Knapp Creek.  I sure enjoy your website and hope that your retired Yorkie gets a good home.  We sure enjoy Penny.  Thanks-will keep in touch to let you know how she is doing.  You can use these pictures if you desire to put on your website.

Hi Everyone,
We couldn't be more pleased with our little Daisy!  She is already an important member of our family and is loved so much, we can't imagine our home without her.  Thank you so much for the great job you do and the program that you have.  Our vet said Daisy is perfect and choosing Knapp Creek was a smart decision.  We'll keep in touch, please tell Ruth HI and you have our permission to post us on the website.
Thought I would finally write and send you pictures of our Molly that we purchased in April 2005. She is so smart and my husband was so shocked that she was potty broke in just 2 weeks. She is now 2 and weighs 8 pounds. The weird thing about this is she was born February 11 2005 and that is the day that my uncle passed away after battling with cancer, and we were very close. So my husband and I tell everyone that the Lord took uncle Chuck and sent us Molly in his place. And we are very thankful, we love them both so much, my uncle had a lot of spunk for 78 years old and our Molly is just as spunky as he was. I give you my permission to put this on your website. We just wanted to thank you both for having such great litters, and giving us such a smart and wonderful dog. My 13 year old granddaughter lives with us, and she loves her dearly also. Thanks again!
Hi! My name is Bailey and I am a little boy pup. My mommy and daddy got me from Knapp Creek in December and this is my first picture. They love me so much, they are going to buy me a brother!   They said it was OK to put my picture on your website.

Bailey

Everyone at Knapp Creek,

We just wanted to send you some pictures of the dogs that we purchased from you.  We enjoy them very much.  Tinker our Yorkie is 3 years old and our Yorktese Taffie and Charlie, will be 1 year in May.

Thank you

Hello Knapp Creek,
We just wanted to Thank You for the great experience that we had at Knapp Creek. We are very happy with the new little addition to our family! Buster is very playful and happy and has adapted to his new family very well. He is very smart as we even litter trained him within three weeks. We are now working on teaching him new commands like Sit, Stay, Fetch, etc. Here is a picture just after his first haircut. As you can see from the picture, he is irresistibly adorable!!! Thanks again.

Joe and Connie-

Sorry for the delay in sending pictures. Sammi (Selma) is AMAZING! Recently took her on a 6hr road trip from NYC to Montreal Canada. She enjoyed riding in the convertible, was loved by ALL at the hotel, and walked around with me everywhere proud and happy. You'll see that I cut her hair - easier to maintain. She truly is the BEST dog in the world.

Joe & Connie,
Thanks for the email. I will definitely follow up with you in a couple weeks.  I am not 100% sure I am ready to get another puppy, but I have been considering it.  I would be looking for one in the same price range (ie bigger in size) as bigger is my preference. How big is Benji?  I remember Kaylyn being around 7lbs or so? Right now, Kinney is at about 6 1/2 lbs.  I am not sure he is going to get much bigger.  Regardless, he has been a wonderful addition to my household, so thanks!
Dear Mr. Joe   I want to thank you for the puppy. We named her Jettie Rose. Matthew fell in love with her at first sight. She took straight to him. As soon as I put her on his lap she was kissing him all over. Its like she knew she was home with him. We had to go show her off to all of his friends. She sat right on his tray. Its like she knew where her seat was. She didn't try to jump down or nothing. Its like she knows there is something wrong with Matthew. I can't  THANK-YOU enough for the smile you have brought to his face. Here are some pics that I took after she came home. THANK -YOU so much.
Dear Knapp Creek, Thank you for making this Christmas even more special.  We purchased Hank from you this past summer from the Dimitrik and Megan litter.  He is an absolute joy, even when he is terrorizing his big sister, Lola!  Attached you will find a picture of the two of them.
I just wanted to write to you to tell you how happy we are with our new puppy.  Her name is Sweetie Pie and she is 8 months old and weighs 5lbs 2oz.   She is the sweetest thing.  And as you can see my daughter loves her.  Thank you so much for our new family member.
Hi Joe and Connie,

Here are a couple pictures of Baxter and Bailey for you to put on your "paws for pictures" if you wish.  They are both about a year old now and doing well.  Baxter is between 6 and 7 pounds and bailey is just over 8 pounds.  Baxter is the Yorkie from Pepito and Shanda, and Bailey is the Yorktese from Victor and Greta.  Everyone always asks what kind of dog Bailey is and where you can get one.   We always send them to you guys.  Thanks for breeding such great dogs.
